Parking options

Free onsite parking, plus additional parking behind the building as well.

The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.

There is no smoking of any kind is allowed in our space. No incense, candles or open flames of any sort. Renters will be required to pay a $300 fine upon occurrence.

No glitter or confetti can be used, fake blood and other effects liquids are permitted but must be used with appropriate floor protection.

No open flame or cooking. If you bring food into the studio, it must stay outside of the major studios (lobby or green room/dressing room okay, but you must clean up before time expires).

We are in a building with shared common areas, rest rooms and halls. Noise must be kept reasonable. Please respect our neighbors and keep things chill.

Nudity is allowed in studios, but models need to be modestly covered entering or leaving the studio, when in our lobby area (can be viewed from the hallway), or using the shared restroom facilities outside the studio itself.

Alcohol or other drinks are permitted, but at your own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to end your session immediately and without refund or reschedule if we determine you or your party or obviously inebriated or become so.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

Data Privacy and SMS/Mobile Information
We do not share your personal or mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances. Data collected is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared for marketing.

We collect your personal information, including your phone number, solely to process your booking and communicate important updates. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your booking or by law.

We do not transfer or share your personal data with any external organizations under any circumstances. and We implement strict measures to prevent unauthorized access or sharing of your data.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. For help, reply HELP to any message.
